[FSM:FAILED]: downloading Image Dom.xml from local
(FSM:sam:dme:FirmwareDownloaderDownload).
Remote-Invocation-Error: Unable to open downloaded Image#

I am getting this error in Fabric Interconnect if anyone know how to resolve it?

That error usually just means the firmware image you staged can’t be read — either it’s corrupted, incomplete, or uploaded in the wrong place. The fix is simply to grab the correct UCS infra bundle from Cisco, verify the checksum, re-upload it cleanly in Firmware Management, and retry the upgrade. Once the FI sees a valid image, the FSM failure goes away.

Just want to add that FSM failure will go away as soon as you delete failed download task.
