Problems with connection enable(ADAPTER in Internet and network) the Client Connection

If anyone has been having problems with CML personal and connection, part of the problem is the ADAPTER, SOMETIMES FIRST DISABLE THE VMware network adapter-VMnet1 normally and ENABLE it.
