The switch had issues, failed FW update, wouldn't allow restart from web, only some settings would save via web, and then power cycling made it unrecoverable. We had to swap in a spare that we had.
Just discovered that this switch failed a FW update not long ago, can't connect to it's CLI and some other features are not working. And rebooting the switch just now tanked it entirely... So I will update this thread when it's back online. I imagine...
