I have a user who lost his call history. Does anyone know what log file/message will show if a user "clears" the history? I suspect it is being cleared by mistake.

Were you able to resolve your issue? I am having the same problem with creating/running reports with a chart view. I can see the data in SQL but the report will not format correctly in CUIC.

Also make sure the line association box is checled in the Remote Destination Configuration, that the Owner ID is correctly applied to the phone and 'Device Mobility Mode' is set to ON.Michele
