Hi,I have a user who wishes to hide/mask their extension when they make a call internally. I have already tried changing settings on the line config such as Alerting Name and all those similar to that.Does anyone know of a way to do this?Many thanks,...
A call come in, the agent's phone dials for about ~5 seconds, before moving on to another agent, another ~5 seconds, and then moving on again.Where is setting to change this?
