Mask a number(internally) - CallManager 4

Hi,

I have a user who wishes to hide/mask their extension when they make a call internally.

I have already tried changing settings on the line config such as Alerting Name and all those similar to that.

Does anyone know of a way to do this?

In CCM 4.1 and later, you can use Call Display Restrictions to accomplish this. Take a look at the following link.
