If you need to download the proximity app for windows please go here: https://proximity.cisco.com/I am running CE8.1.0 on an SX10 and Proximity is running great. The frame rate looks like 5-10fps, so I wouldn't expect fluid 30fps.

This definitely is possible now. You will need a Barix Instreamer. (converts audio into g.711 uLaw). Please see their guide on how to integrate:http://www.barix.com/fileadmin/data/howto/Instreamer-Cisco_application_note_v14.pdf
