I started off in the industry 7 years ago now as a second line server hardware and software support engineer working primarily with HP, Citrix and Microsoft technologies, for the last 3 years ago i have shifted my focus onto both virtualisation and networking technologies eventually finding my feet in the Cisco arena of which i have found a great deal of passion and enthusiasm, gaining my CCNA and IPTX qualifications quite quickly im now looking to specialise in voice, security, routing and switching by taking the relevant CCNP exams and hopefully a CCIE within the next 5 years.
Currently i head up a technical team working in the SMB arena specialising in UC solutions which is equally rewarding and challenging.
I've found such sites as NetPro invaluable for gaining knowledge of which i accumulate on a day to day basis as well as getting a better overall opinion as to how other engineers approach similar projects as mine.
Expertise:
MCSE, MCSA, MCSAM, CCNA, IPTX, CXFF
