Our company is using Novell/GroupWisse mail service.smart host is needed. I put IP address of GroupWise mail server into "smart host" field? tried, failed. anything else to do? how to monitor or get the error messages?
I found one wrong configuration: the unity_connection_css not included the related partition. so the issue is not in unity, is in css/partition of cucm.
Check your configuration:callmanager -> device -> phone -> select the right device -> phone configurtion -> product specific configuration layout(last one) -> video capabilities -> set to ENABLE !!!
for 6500switch, I am using version of 12.2(33)SXH, combined catos into one IOS. I didn't meet the problems like macreduction. what i did just go to spanning-tree and enable the "spanning-tree extend system-id".
