ah i see what you are saying, yeah i log in as console, oh so i dont have "aaa authorization console" i wil try this and see if t fixes it, didnt know you needed a separate command just for console.
look at the post, i have all the aaa commands on my post at the bottom, i get the username and password prompt when i log in so ise does work when i do that, and then i get the enable prompt, i type password which takes me to privilege mode.
