FPR 2110 upgrade failed

Cannot upgrade fpr-2110.  Has anyone seen this?

Make sure there is no deployments pending (when you upgrading the Devices)

Make sure wait for deployment or any updates pending to complete and proceed for Upgrade.

That's where I am stuck.  There is a deployment pending that keeps failing.  See attached screenshot.

wait until that is finished and then upgrade.

Is this device in production? I noticed that the VDB was not updated since 2018. That's not long after these devices were first introduced.

In that case, I would recommend opening a TAC case. To properly remove a pending failed update may require manipulation of the database from the cli expert mode, something that could destroy the device configuration if not done carefully and correctly.
