Thanks for that.I have checked the "debug isdn q931" and it does receive the callerID when the call comes in...Thats where I got stuck I think...Any other ideas? (are we 100% that the IOS config is correct?)

Yes, all the debugs are from the PRI.Will try the callback request today but this still doesnt answer my query about being able to see the "called" call but not the "calling" number as per previous post...
