You do not! We created the tool in such a way that it is easy to use and can actually help you to learn how the Cisco Collaboration solutions works.
Can we download the CA certificate from the srv ssl certificate, and if it can then upload it in expreswayy then it works fine?
[Answer] Today we don't offer the option to download the server, intermediate or root certificate, if this would be useful...

The files you are trying to upload are not supported, we require the diagnostic log archive that you download from the web admin.
