Has anyone else noticed CiscoJabberHeadset.exe is constantly using CPU even when jabber is idle? I am seeing CPU usage anywhere between 2 and 10% when the system is idle, for only the CiscoJabberHeadset.exe process.

Well, not to be the bearer of bad news, but we are already on 14.1.1.56904. Problem still exists.

THanks. If I read that correctly, the "Modern UI" is part of the equation, so switching it to Classic is a workaround?

This was actually fixed in a recent release of jabber. Sometime mid/early 2022.
