Having an issue when booting 2 of our blade servers, currently we have 8 x m200 in a 5108 enclosure. Tried going between different power modes, just seems to hang here? Have reseated them, but still they don't progress past this point. any help?

Our issue is that the fans in the system are running at 100% all the time, even when none of the blades are on, theres 8 x m4 when we turn on as well the fans are on full. Temps on the boards say 32c, should not need full fan speed.Any help?Thanks f...
