We use reason 0 for any login/logout activity but now with Finesse it appears that 0 cannot be set by the agent. Is there a way to override which reason is used when logging in so that we don't have to track this time in two separate reason codes?

We ran into this as well on 7.2(7). Had to apply ES139 on all of our AWs. I believe it was caused by one of Microsoft's recent security fixes but Cisco was still narrowing down which one was the cause.

These are defined in the Bucket Intervals List, look for that in configuration manager.

It doesn't appear that your fail connection is actually connected to anything. In the screenshot you can see that it is gray, not blue. Does the script validate? It should give you a warning.
