I'm seeing a similar issue. Would you mind sharing the resolution you found? Thinking mine is an OS compatibility issue on the VM.

I have the same issue and wanted to share, even if this is an older thread. According to my Cisco rep - factory reset and restore from backup. None of the other fixes have been successful for me. (X14.0.8)

I've run into this as well. Setting the DNS servers has been a 100% fix in my environment.
