Hi Carlo,I don't want to start presuming what you mean, please could you clarify what you mean? As far as I can see in the flash directory, there is the ios, a config.text and a private-config.text.

Thank you Carlo, but have already tried using the BAUD rate of 115200 and 9600. Don't understand how the strange characters appear after what seems to be a normal boot up of the IOS.
