Hello, Our company is using AT&T's IP-Flex and for some reason we haven't had internet in 3 days and they don't know what's wrong.  (we paid the bill!) We  have data, VOIP and VPN connection to 3 locations but no Internet. It is killing out business!...

I purchased (2) 827routers. I ordered then with FW, VPN. They came with a cd "c820-k9osy6-mz.122-4.YA3.bin". Do I need to load this OS to get these features?And if so how do I go about doing it?Thanks for your time and help.Best Regards,Jim
