I have built new VWLC but some clients especially I phones disconnect frequently from guest wifi and they have to re-authenticate to connect.
However, it works fine for i phones if i connect AP to old WLC.

There are many other APs on wlc already connected. It can support 10 more APs. It will take me time to fetch logs from WLC.What can be other possibilities of AP in not joined state
