Hi Hyoun,For my case the problem was not the CUE configuration issue and it was caused by the telco backend switching hardware faulty so after they have changed the equipment everything back to good.I hope this helps.Regards,WB
I have verified with Cisco and these is a bug for version 4.1.3a firmware which caused the licensing issue so upgrade to 4.1.5c will resolve this problem.Anyway, thanks for your comment.
