I have problems with a customer CME. The symptom is when I try to use Forward Call to cell phone, the call drops after 3 second.

I need help with how configuring voice mail and AA in my cisco spiad.
If some one have one manual or any configuration for that.
I can see other configuration about CME, and I don´t know if the configuration for cisco spiad is the same...
Jaime, como puedo deshabilitar el forward call, desde el jabber. Si lo habilito, cierro sesión y cuando inicie sesión aun sigue habilitado, hay algo que configurar en el CUCM para poder deshabilitar esta caracterisitica?
