cucme sip phone unanswered external calls that were hung up will cause the main line to keep ringing

CUCME cannot hang up external callsCisco 4331 router with CUCME with SIP phones,if an external call is not answered and the caller hangs up,the main phone continues to ring. How can this issue be resolved?

On the web UI of ata 190,Administration page only have Reboot button,how can i manage or disable web page?hardware version:1.1.1Software Version: 1.2.2(003_SR2-1)
