I'm getting constant 994/995 flow Starts/Stops. Approximatley every 30seconds. Can't find docs on how to correct this or where to look.

I have a site where the users are getting echo at the end of sentences from the talker. Incoming calls are going through a VG200 gateway and the listener is using an IP Phone. At the end of sentences the listener gets an echo from the talker.
