Hi everyone,We have upgraded the switch software to version NXOS: version 10.3(6) and the issua was solved.After that we can create a user as network-admin role.

I have the same problem, I changed the date to 2024 and it's working.Now, I changed the date to 2025, it continue to working.Thank you.
