I also facing this issue with 9115 AXI-S AP (software version: 17.12.3.31). After changing the baud rate to 11520, I can see the serial console functionly and can configure accordingly. Thank for your suggesstions and sharing knowledges.

Thanks for your suggesstions. I try to change AP mode to bridge and mesh mode on extender. But clients still cannot get DHCP from WLC. Is it the right solution or other config needs at WLC? Thanks and regards,
