Hello, After contacting Cisco TAC, we found out that the switchs were faulty (manufacturing issue), when we replaced the faulty switchs every thing worked fine. Thanks everybody for your help and suggestions.

Hello, Thank you for you quick answer, i tried to reset the module several times but nothing happens, i'm facing the same issue with 3 other switches and 3 other NM modules.
