I was having this problem when connecting IP phones as well as reboots. I found it to be the Smartport configuration settings. I disabled Smartport and the switches are now maintaining VLAN membership after phone and switch reboots.
As a note, I have seen this same symptom resolved by reinstalling the CAD on the workstion (after verifying the team config and verifying that it is not a firewall issue by telnetting to the ports on the UCCX server).Tom
The current workaround for this bug per Cisco TAC is to restart the Node Manager, however, simply restarting the 'Cisco Desktop Licensing and Resource Manager Service' will also accomplish this without any interruption of service.Tom
