Cris,The only way that I know of fixing this is by manually correcting the configseed table as well as the table that the call control lies in. As im sure you have read above this can only be done by TAC through root.-- Brandon
One thing to note,If the screenshot attached does not look like your setup, you may want to verify that you have the license feature required. I am almost certain that standard does not include CAD browser, although it includes CAD-BE.
