UCCX 7.0 CAD integrated browser issue

Dear Networkers,

We have UCCX 7.0 installed.

When openeing the CAD Desktop Workfow Admin > select the default workflow> CAD Agent > User Interface

We can't find the "Browser Setup" tab so that we can enable the integrated browser !

For CAD-BE we could find the tab, but for CAD Agent we could not !

It's really strange !

Can you please advise ?

Hi ,

Could you attach the screenshot of the same? What license you have for UCCX?

Integrated multitabbed browser comes only with UCCX Premium licensing package.

Each Standard seat license provides for concurrent operation of:

• Cisco IP Phone Agent

• Cisco Supervisor Desktop

• Cisco Desktop Administrator*

• Cisco Desktop Work Flow Administrator*

Each Enhanced or Premium seat license provides for concurrent operation of:

• Cisco Agent Desktop, Cisco IP Phone Agent or Cisco Agent Desktop - Browser Edition

• Cisco Supervisor Desktop

• Cisco Desktop Administrator*

• Cisco Desktop Work Flow Administrator*

*Only one administrator can view or edit data in it at any one time.

One thing to note,

If the screenshot attached does not look like your setup, you may want to verify that you have the license feature required. I am almost certain that standard does not include CAD browser, although it includes CAD-BE.

I've checked the license from the ipccx webpage. Below are the informations related to the license :

Package: Cisco Unified CCX Enhanced

IVR Port(s): 150

Cisco Unified CCX Enhanced Seat(s): 5

Cisco Unified CCX Maximum Agents: 300

I'am really confused, can you please advice ?

Its right.

With enhance package it come only for CAD-BE and not with CAD.

Note:

Integrated browser (Premium): A simplified  multitabbed browser application within Cisco Agent Desktop improves  productivity in processing a customer request. You can also use the  integrated browser in event-triggered work flows to automate a screen  pop.

Cisco Agent Desktop - Browser Edition (Enhanced and Premium):

Associated Browser: Event-triggered work flows  can automate a screen pop to web pages that are displayed in a separate  browser window that, unlike Cisco Agent Desktop - Browser Edition  itself, contains the web browser toolbar and menu bar.
