I noticed when calling International numbers it works, when call forward all to local numbers it works. Tried to call forward all to an International number and the after 10 Seconds the call is released. I checked the T310 timers and it is set to 60 ...
Is it possible to have Dial Via Office without CUMA ?Basically the client wants to dial into his CUCM 8.0(1) from his mobile phone or home landline and be able to call out from there. No other features is required.
I had the same issue. So what I did is I installed the Cisco Collaboration Deployment Tool VM in the same vlan as the ESXi Server and now it doesnt give me that error and proceeds.
It was an ISP issue. They blocked direct call forward all to international. They uncapped it for me, but I had to sign some agreement that they hold no responsibility for toll fraud. Anyways, the newer IOS has toll fraud prevention feature.
