As above, please contact Meraki support. In the meantime you can also start looking at your RADIUS server logs, Meraki event logs, and packet captures to understand where the issue lies in regard to client device authentication.

Has the BU actually said there will be no updated driver released for Windows 7 64-bit? Does the current version work on Windows 7 32-bit installations?
