I am unable to see all of the subscribers in the Exchange server/AD to import as Unity Subscribers. The system was on 3.1.4 and is upgraded to 4.0.5. I can see some AD Accounts but not most of them.

I reran the perm wizard already. The issue is that it is not all messages going to the failed folder. Is there a different tool now for the message store configuration wizard?I tried what you said to do and it went back to the failed folder again. ...
So does anyone know the problem when the messages dont get sent when you put them back in the UnityMTA folder? they are just getting put back to the failed directory. Not sure why they wont send. Can anyone provide some direction?
