The CCO link has been read several times before the issue was raised in the Forum. No clue was found in the link.

Have you tried with the command "show queueing" ?Have you checked the command reference for the command usage ?

It is normal that the image is not in bootflash after xmodem download. Because xmodem downloads the image to RAM only. You have to configure the RSFC so as to tftp the image to bootflash again.
