Good info. Follow up question though. Can I create a new user template and configure it to not play the system default messages when someone woudl dial that specific mailbox? Meaning, I don't want the system to say "sorry" and then play the message ...
So to be a little more clear, the Doctors would call in and listen the greeting. The end users or nurses working the floor that day would change the greeting in the morning. They would need a quick and easy way to change the greeting each day.
