I followed the above steps but still no luck. i've set the privilege level to 15. But still isnt working. when i click the magnifying glass it says "authentication passed" but still not able to get into the switch via tacacs
Thanks for the replies. i think i'll go with 12.2(55)SE 5 / 6 .. its a production environment .. dont wanna take chances with 15.0(2) which has a long list of open caveats
