After loading 16.3.8 on my ws-3850-24p I am unable to enter the command :no vstack ...is it not supported?

In the older version of WCS that we were runniing you were able to syncronize the ap information that was on the controller with the information found on WCS, I am having trouble finding how to do this with this version of code.
