In the older version of WCS that we were runniing you were able to syncronize the ap information that was on the controller with the information found on WCS, I am having trouble finding how to do this with this version of code.
Go to Configure -> Controllers, select the controllers you want to synchronize with, then on the drop-down menu choose 'Refresh Config from Controller' and click 'Go'.
