Is it ok to do failover with the Primary as windows 2000 and the new secondary as windows 2003. I understand the hardware, Unity version,SQL Version must be the same but the Doc's don't clarify if the OS has to be the same.Thanks

I believe the codes that are duplicated are slightly different. So I see where you are going. Is there a way to purge the unwanted codes from the HR DB?
I will also have an agent select some of the code...
Agreed on that it is not supported, just wanted to know if anyone heard of future plans for Cisco to move in that direction, or may have tried something in a lab environment.Thanks
