Any chance that you have been able to test that you would get a webhook for this type of event. I only see a flag for Email for site down event. I have had a look at the Postman package and cant find a webhook for these types of MX events
We also use CloudFlare but have also added the ISP provider core device (or last hop before traffic peers with CloudFlare or Google) to allow us to better view statistics of the last mile provider networks.
I would also drop it down to the supported MTU. From past experience I can confirm that traffic across these devices will be impacted, when you click save. In my case it was around 15min before all services recovered.
