When logged into my dashboard my public IP address assigned to my home network is correct and the status is green. However, when I login to my DNS updater my network appears but the IP address does not appear nor is it using OpenDNS.

Aaaaah, thanks for pointing me in the right direction. Some how Google became the only option for DNS resolution on my Macbook. Soon as I removed it, both OpenDNS addresses auto populated. All policies are working as expected now.
