While doing a usual reload on standby , we missed to check the primary , backup boot image that was set to 8.2.140/8.0 which triggered the below. Our goal was to reload standby first then active with the goal of max. up-time.

so to summarize there is no such template from Prime hence cannot do bulk config for the Static IP.
Either go each AP and apply static IP for every AP or go with DHCP ?
Output 1 – Prior to Prime NCS service restart – few of the mentioned unresponsiveness : Resulted in :-
Access denied errorcertain tabs in Prime not responsive eg. Performance -> network -> interface dashboard tab
