Hi @Kasun Bandara Connectivity between CUCM and CSSM On-prem looks good. Test using "utils network connectivity CSSM_IP 443" and the result is "accessible". Also ping and traceroute has no issue.
Hi, @Kasun BandaraThank for your response. Connection between cssm on-prem to SA is no problem. I able to synchronize the license from SA to CSSM On-prem.The issue is connection between CUCM and CSSM On-prem. Any suggestions?
