Has anyone had experince with Symantec AntiVirus Corporate Edition used on the Call Managers??? I have read the link regarding Anti-Viruses and we have the Corporate Edition, but I want to make sure there are no problems.
Does anyone know where I could get an external speaker that we can use with the Cisco's VOIP system? Maybe a speaker that plugs into the RS232 port?

Not all subscribers are listed in the directory. We have a template set up so that all users are not asked to be listed in the directory. And they are automatically listed. But it seems that they are not listed. Is there a report to run to see how...
What is the procedure if you need to change an extension? Currently I have tried just to change the extension on the subscriber mailbox, but when I call the old voicemail still plays. Do I need to delete and re-add the subscriber? <br><br>
