Hi,Using FXO lines, the auto attendant is set to answer but phones ring once on every call before AA answers.Is it possible to send all calls to AA without any station fxo line ring all together?Thank you.
I just recived a WLC2106 and 6 ap1142. I seem to need to upgrade the ios on the wlc to 5.0, it came with 4.0.2. I cannot download the ios because I do not have a support contarct or cco. Why sell a WLC without the right IOS.Please help.
Hi,Using Avaya phones, each phone requires 15.4Watt of power, so using a 2960 there is no where near enough power for 48 phones, let alone 24. Is there a better model with more POE overall power?Is there a way to boost the power of current models ?...

when you mean follow the upgrade matrix, I have to upgrade each version, so lets say i am at 4.0 and what to go to 6 i would have to upgrade from 4 to 5 than 5 to 6 and cannot jump 2-3 versions in one shot ?
