Hi,
Using FXO lines, the auto attendant is set to answer but phones ring once on every call before AA answers.
Is it possible to send all calls to AA without any station fxo line ring all together?
Thank you.

Hi,
Teleco will NOT receive the steering digit 9. UC320W strips it before sending dialed number to teleco.
Best regards,
Wendy

Hi,
Please make sure that these FXO lines are not shared FXO lines, the inbound calls are routed to AA in the Inbound Calls page. Could you please send your configuration to me? You can do so by input "attention wenyang@cisco.com" in the Issues or Suggestions section and select "Report Problems" at Category menu in Services->Feedback.
Best regards,
Wendy

Iam in "Key" system seeing that I have no BRI/PRI or SI.
I do not see the option mentioned.
It also says that all inbound calls are on shared FXO lines.
Thank you for helping!
__________
I would like to set the option highlined in yellow to zero.

Hi,
The shared FXO line in key system has to ring first, it will be forwarded to another destination if no answer within certain period of time. You can NOT set this value to 0. You may want to change the system from key mode to blend mode and set the FXO lines as individual line instead of shared FXO line. So that you can set the destination to AA in Inbound Calls page.
Hope it helps.

Wendy

Hi Wendy,
Great! One last question, if I set the systems to Blended Mode and no longer attach shared lines to each phone, i can than also set 9 for outside dialing on the internal dialing page.. but will the 9 get pushed to the FXO line or is it only used interanly on the UC and gets removed.
Thank you

Hi,
If you set steering digit 9 for outside line, then you need to dial 9 first before dialing any external phone number. Internal phone calls between extensions don't need the steering digit 9. You can go to Outbound Trunks page to see that steering digit 9 is for the outbound calls through FXO lines.
Best regards,
Wendy
