Hello UC engineering friends!I came across a series of blog posts dealing with Cisco CUCM to WebEx Calling migration and thought I would share them, the feature comparison post in particular I found quite helpful.https://ccierants.blogspot.com/2026/0...

I recommend Call Recording (call-recording.com) it integrates with other platforms not just Cisco such as Microsoft Teams or Zoom and grabs the call recording history and message history in a single dashboard which can be quite useful.
https://call-recording.com has a suitable solution. I've attached a recording topology diagram. The recording server is a thin zero-config stateless virtual machine and they seem to support most of your typical hypervisor platforms.
https://call-recording.com lets you run the call recording server on any hypervisor of your choice FYI, they even have a desktop app for non production use!
