Glenn, thanks for the reply. The solution was to use Port Address Translation and to be sure not to also be using Port Forwarding as one seems to cancel the other.

Thank you. So to confirm using your example, if the router is on port 1 on vlan 10 with a default gateway address of 192.168.10.1, all the computers on vlan 30 can get out on the Internet if port 1 is a member of vlan 30?

Update:There does not appear to be a provision for a dynamic IP for the remote on the RV180. I used FQDN and put in xxxx.dyndns.orgOn the RV320 there is no FQDN selection only, it is Dynamic IP + FQDN. I'm getting lost
