I have the following in running-config:
logging history informational
snmp-server enable traps syslog
Still snmp traps from syslogs are not sent. Other SNMP traps are working just fine (such as bgp)
Am I missing something or is this a bug?

It seems that ASR-1001X is adding the following configuration under the Overlay1 interface by default.
otv filter-fhrp
When this is configuration is removed FHRP, in this case VRRP, is working fine.

By looking at the "Status:" on the IPSEC SA's with this spoke the 64 are all active. Both inbound and outbound.
