Im no expert, but ive been doing somethign similar with a C2960 (with the layer 3 update). Ive simulated some trafic down it and Ive had no issues (50 SVI's in my case). So I reccon your beast should handle it
BIA stands for "Burned In Address" So its basically saying that is the vendor assigned MAC address of your device...at least that is what I belive it to meanRegards
The switch knows what traffic belongs to which VLAN even though it is using the same MAC on each vlan as it tags the traffic so that fact that it uses the same MAC is fine . As Riccardo said it saves resources .
